On the Onsiter VMS reports and statistics page, you’ll get a complete overview of all the consultants you have and the cost associated with them.
Here’s a quick guide on how to view your reports and statistics on the Onsiter Vendor Management System.
- To see your reports, click on Reports & Statistics in the top menu.
2. On the Reports & Statistics page, you’ll see a time period filter, a chart, filters, aggregated results, and detailed results based on the filters you set.
Chart options
The chart can display your total costs, the total days that your independent contractors have worked, their total hours, or the number of independent contractors working per month.
Using this chart is simple and straightforward. All you have to do is specify the time Period you want to view the data for (1), then click on the drop-down menu (2) to select the data you want.
Aggregated and detailed results
Further down the page, you’ll find further details about your external workforce program.
As you can see, the filter (3) options offer detailed information about your external workforce.
For Pricing, you can view total cost, rate, average rate, median rate, and additional costs.
Under Workload, you will be able to view the total hours worked, total days worked, and timesheets.
Under Hiring, you can view the assignment name, vendor name, the hiring manager, as well as the location of the contractor.
The Finance filters offer views of PO (purchase order) number and contract type.
And finally, you will be able to view the contractors’ names, seniority, and skills.
The filters you choose will be viewable under both the Aggregated results (4) and the Detailed results (5) table.
Aggregated results show you data for your external workforce as a whole, whereas the Detailed results show you information for the individual independent contractors you have in your external workforce on the Onsiter VMS.
